Why Drink Jersey Milk?

Jersey cows are renowned for producing milk that is naturally richer, creamier and more nutritious than many other breeds.

Our Jersey herd doesn't just produce exceptional milk…

they produce A2 milk. Unlike conventional dairy, which contains a mix of A1 and A2 proteins, Jersey milk is naturally rich in A2 β-casein, a protein many people find easier to digest and gentler on the stomach. Add to that its naturally higher levels of protein, calcium and vitamin B12, and you begin to understand why we've never seen any reason to farm any other breed. Better milk starts with better cows and ours have been grazing this land for four generations.

Making more with less

Because of their small size, Jerseys consume less feed and water, they require smaller barns for housing and produce less waste. Jerseys milk also has higher levels butter fat & cream. By making more with less, Jerseys have a smaller carbon footprint making their milk more environmentally friendly. The grassland pastures on our farm also sequester carbon from the atmosphere and support better soil health. Protecting the environment for our future generation is a core value for our family.

More Nutrient Dense

Jersey cows naturally produce a higher quality milk for human consumption. Compared to average milk, Jersey milk has greater nutritional value: 15% to 18% more calcium, and 10% to 12% more phosphorous, and also considerably higher levels of an essential vitamin, B12. Jerseys are one of nature's finest dairy breeds — naturally producing A2-rich milk that is also higher in protein, calcium, phosphorous and vitamin B12 than average. Our herd has called this farm home for four generations, that’s tradition you can taste.

Let’s talk about protein

Our Jersey milk contains up to 20% more than you'd find in a standard glass — and it's the right kind. Rich in A2 β-casein, a protein that behaves more gently in the body and is absorbed more naturally than its A1 counterpart, it's dairy that works with you rather than against you. Whether you're fuelling a busy morning, supporting growing children, or simply choosing to be a little more thoughtful about what goes into your body, a glass of our Jersey milk delivers more of what matters, every single time.
